IGS still suspended by ASX due to failure to file statutory reports, no one returning phone calls from IGS office or available to discuss IGS situation and no idea if there will be a Quarterly Report for Q1 2015, including that IGS who owns 93% of Latin Gold and subsequent Brazil Gold Project is about to be dissolved as a company because Directors have failed to file statutory documents at Companies House (London). Noting that Mr Anthony Sage resigned as a Director from Latin Gold Limited (UK) on the 5th March 2015.

Something smells very very bad !!

interesting, maybe you should look at "other ships in the fleet" and you might get a better understanding of what you are dealing with.

I am assuming that you haven't already had a look, apologies if you already have looked closer.
