IGS founding Director was Mr Anthony Sage, who also happens to be the Chairman of CFE and CFE owns some +/- 20% of IGS.

So IGS ann 21/01/2015 to acquire project from Musketeer Mining (private company) and the project is crap and isolated with no chance of significant outcome as demonstrated by previous owners of project.
In the IGS ann it also says that Mr Steven Elliot and Mr Keith Bowker of Musketeer Mining will become Directors of IGS.

How interesting that Mr Anthony Sage and Mr Keith Bowker are Directors in CAD !! I leave it up to HC readers to draw your own conclusions !!

IGS still suspended by ASX due to failure to file statutory reports, no one returning phone calls from IGS office or available to discuss IGS situation and no idea if there will be a Quarterly Report for Q1 2015, including that IGS who owns 93% of Latin Gold and subsequent Brazil Gold Project is about to be dissolved as a company because Directors have failed to file statutory documents at Companies House (London). Noting that Mr Anthony Sage resigned as a Director from Latin Gold Limited (UK) on the 5th March 2015.

Something smells very very bad !!
