Did anyone know about IGS interest in Latin Gold that owns the Brazil gold project, that TS resigned from IGS but was an original SH of Latin Gold that owns the Brazil project interests but is also a current director of Latin Gold but has never declared this ??? mmmmmmmmmm Its easy to confirm just go to duedil website and there it is !

So as a Director of IGS (when he was) he never declared his personal interest in Latin Gold nor his Directorship - I wonder why and would have thought there would be an ASX continuous disclosure responsibility to do so ?

The relationship seems weird ?

Including other directors from time to time of IGS have been directors in Latin Gold also ! - ? conflict of interest ?????
