"A back-of-the envelope calculation shows Rock Creek and the Duvernay together are worth around US$390 million,"
This was calculated based on a price of USD$2300 per acre.

"In the Dvernay, packages near the known NGL hotspots have been going for as much as US$5,755 an acre in the recent stampede"
Looks like the land buy price was $40 per acre and KOG holds a 16% interest in Rock Creeek plus an 8% interest in the Duvernay Shale Project. The increase in value of KOG's assets is therfore significant, to say the least and these assets are potentially worth far more in real $ terms than the current markey cap.
Proposals for the farm out are due back to Macquarie in "late" October so I am expecting some share price action here very soon.
Throw in some good drilling results in November as the icing on the cake and we could be off to the races :)
