hardly think the big boys are manipulating a small stock such as ITC. it wouldn't be in many fund mandates at this market cap. someone (perhaps insto, perhaps private) is accumulating, trend is up, traders jump on board , push it higher until someone starts selling or fundamentals or sentiment changes - stock specific or market.

i believe in both FA & TA . ITC looks good for now though these situations change very quickly (in short term) hence i sold out.
