I have a couple of the problems with this statement...
- Why aren't these 'hedge funds' showing up in the top 20? - Why would they be interested in 1c per share, or even .5c per shares? - Why wouldn't they be expected to be shareholders for 2010/2011 drilling program as the cashflow for this company explodes?
Any breach of process including not reporting to the ASX of any change of interest notice should be included in the complaint to ASIC.
