Thats exactly what I mean. I posted on the UK iii site my similar findings as well. The condensate mix basically means that the res measurements will be difficult to differentiate for commercial volumes.
Fluid testing at depth equivalent pressure is the only way to tell, plus further down hole tests afterwards (gamma ultrasonics) once hydrocarbons are verified.
Story is not over. My guess it will be a borderline commercial well on first analysis, with a lead to test further and a second drill.
