Yes, after a long ragged stage 4 down-trend the Bollingers closed and there was a clean technical breakout with momentum, classic short pull-back with some encouraging support on smaller volumes now increasing. I'm looking at a 12 month chart with momentum reading and 50 DMA and 15WMA . The WMA13 has now crossed upwards over the 50DMA. If the breakout is sustained it is the best type coming from a base low. Steady as she goes at the moment as the watch is kept.
There should be news coming out over the next month after reading the Safe Share advice again - I would think.. DYOR
