My understanding is they will be quoted as a new issue.
This is confirmed by the releaase of 29th July and again in the release of 1st August..."Appendix 3B - New issue announcement, application for quotation of additional securities and agreement".
In the most recent announcement, you will find the following share details under "Number and class of all securities quoted on ASX...
63,210,249 Ordinary Shares
26,310,664 Options 30/6/2008
18,060,071 Options 31/3/2006
Looks pretty much like they will be listed to me.
