No need to rush.
If you bought today, you are eligable for the rights, which will start trading tomorrow...and cease trading on Sept 9th.
You can sell the rights on market if you wish, or hold and convert after they cease trading in order to get the 12c shares as well as the free attached 20c options...you have until 16th September to get your cheque to the company.
With a little luck, we may even know the results on Gilbert-1 by then?
Certainly one of the more interesting "entitlements" I can remember.
