Don't get me wrongTT, I don't think it is the be all & end all of corruption or corporate wrong doing, but it was a very good investigation into some very unpleasant people & goings on. Personally I reckon Obied Snr will escape prosecution ( just as ex planning minister Tony Kelly did today) but not sure about the others. Probably they face more challenges from ATO & ASIC than the DPP. Mr Poole may also see the deal pool (pardon the pun) dry up due to reputation damage. I'm sure Mrs Poole is none too happy with him either. Lucky he's been shovelling fees out of ADD like crazy over the past few years because unlike Kinhorn, Duncan etc he's the poor relation & being relatively young, he'll have to keep spending on his wife & lifestyle for many years to come.

It may not be a large result in sector wide terms TT, but it's a jolly good start.

Perhaps Eddy could employ Murky to feed the goat & maintain the state of the art coal loading facility up in Indo?
