    Interesting. However I wouldn,t have thought that Santos would be looking at SGL for acquisition as I think SGL is already inbed with AGL at Camden with AGL the operator and 50% equity stake holder. I would consider that Santos would be considering other CBM companies. ESG and MPO come to mind. There are probably others also. If the ACCC blocked Santos bid for QGC you would think thay would also block a bid for AOE as they are also fairly active in SE Qld.
