Management have cut back spending to conserve cash and wait for sentiment to reverse higher, and a higher silver price.They are no doubt tied together and the reversal has begun.
I think they will put off a cap raise as long as possible in the hope of a higher share price to raise from.
Next target to the upside hear is .021
Technicals have neutralized for a slightly overbought position.
It looks like its ready to run.
