I think the fundamental problem is that if I had a business and I was not making enough money to make a profit, pay the bills and keep my partners/shareholders remotely happy as they did help me with my business. I would not be expecting management fees, consultant fees, misc. fees, high remuneration and all in sundry to be kept at the same levels. I feel that is the issue more so than the spaghetti business structure that many other companies probably do and are successful and some aren't.
I for one, would have a lot more time and compassion if any of the people at the helm of CCC would put a freeze on their remuneration, consultant/misc. fees for the next 6 months etc. and try and get this company back on its feet. They have been nicely renumerated over the number of years, so maybe put back in and give shareholders some hope.
