My objection was to the less than helpful article by share prophets. They have done the same with RSR despite the attempts to turn the organisation around now that it is partly funded.

More helpful would be to look what the incentives are for the 2 major underwriters one of whom is a related party. Why are they making this comittment ? What advantages are there if take up by PI’s is low and hence the free float is very small (asumimg the underwriters don’t sell at a loss) CCC will continue to make a loss after re-capitalisation, what is the management plan ? At the end of the day those that can afford to take up the offer can make a choice on how this investment ranks against other choices. I’m not an investor. If I were doing an article I would comment that the structure of the RI and the way it is presented comes across as trying to put investors off.
