Are they providing a hint that something is cooking and they are unable to disclose any more at this stage by saying the following?

Whilst the Company confirms that it has been
approached by various agents in relation to establishing possible business relationships with
a number of parties including Civmec Limited, all of these discussions are both preliminary
and incomplete, and accordingly the Company is not in a position to make any further
disclosure on this matter.


What about indirect discussions?

For clarity the Company confirms that it has had not had any direct discussions with Civmec Limited.
