As you may be aware centro meadow heights is one of the properties that CMCS 18 has placed on the market this year along with Centro Rosebud.

Centro Rosebud was sold for 6% above book value.

Meadow Heights' book value was $11.8m at 30 june 2009

Anyway I understand that an inhouse auction was conducted recently at Meadow Heights generating quite alot of interest and a sale price of $14m. This is about a whopping 18% above book value.
