The dispute is between Acacia Mining (63% owned by Barrick) and the Tanzanian Govt. With relations between said parties obviously strained, it's the perfect time for JRV to swoop in especially considering managements familiarity with the Kabanga project. An obvious concern though is that if JRV's application is approved, how much of the pie will the Tanzanian Govt want?
