From what I can see.
1. Seems to be a bit of overhang from the old Hot Rocks Days but most of this seems to be in unmarketable parcels
2. Has some serious shareholders in the top spots with >70% in Top 20.
3. Has an interesting business model which should be fairly immune to business volatility.
4. Seems to be consolidating a number of businesses in the area to bring out synergies and cost optimisation.
Good be a really interesting little play.
