Im pretty sure they are following similar models to other companies...so might be worth looking up one of those.
I know one thing...All Acacia is a philipine company with some big names behind it who are no strangers to mining in the Phillos and will be more than aware of whats required.
Otherwise, im sure hills will get back to you eventually...or even worse, palermo LOL.
Of course, if there were no hurdles, i would have bought 2 million shares rather than 200G...but that isnt the case. There is risk. As I said its an 'interesting' company...definitely not a no-brainer.
