Hartz range has been around for a while, and has had difficulty getting funding. The cost of transport from central Australia will be a big consideration. HGO could massively outcompete OLY with garnet by-product from the Kanmantoo copper mine in the Adelaide Hills. HGO's transport costs would slaughter OLY's, but cost of extraction would be higher, given the hard-rock source.
OLY's Keysbrook mineral sands project is quite credible. The Keysbrook HM suite is very unusual for Australia, as over 50% of the HM by weight (and by value) is Hi-Ti. An added bonus is that OLY have sold the ordinary ilmenite as well. Other players like GUN and AZC may not be able to sell their ilmenite product.
I'll drop some comparitive numbers in the AZC board on S.S.
