Ever since RDF announced the ethics issue with City of Chicago, the share price has been smashed as if the company is falling apart.
Kudos to the management for their effort to give ethical example to their employees by raising this issue first to the City of Chicago instead of waiting for City of Chicago to find out first. And it's only for the expense of $910!
Currently the City of Chicago deal is only representing 13% of the revenue and yet the share price has dropped almost 30%. Plus the fact that they will be a debt-free company soon! To me, this is an example of great company & management that happened to be unloved by the market. At this level, it's such a great buying opportunity.
I've doubled my holdings at $1.55 and looking to top up more at this level.
