I agree with what you say re KEY that is why i still remain a shareholder and i have increased my holding a couple of times, however the management do frustrate holders with their scant operations updates.
I am not so sure re Italy, i'll probably be dead before anything happens there if you take Po Valley as an example and how long that has taken dealing with Italian bureaucracy.
