That is the KEY question.
If Aminex/Key et al are expected to fund infrastructure upgrades and/or drill more wells prior to having access to Tanzanian cashflow, KEY will either be forced to sell down it's stake in the project, or undertake a huge dilution of the register to (likely) another corporate to get the capital for it's share. Aminex might be able to handle it but Key definitely not.
I think after all these great press reports dug up over the weekend we can expect an announcement soon. I personally hope it contains some clear deliverables and steps and not more pie in the sky. I have had enough pie and cake for now, thanks. It gives me gas, but not the kind I need.
