As a MOF holder, I did not read Ausstock research but I would like to approach it with common sense.

They have recently declared 0.75cent dividend but majority of REITs stocks cancelled their dividend paymnent.

Majority of big REITs such as GPT, GMG, SGP and so on
have raised money(some twice within several months) to reduce their debts but MOF did not.

Even research is very important but many cases research means opinion of analyst or biased view from researcher.

I fully suspect someone or some Instos manupilate this stock recently whatsoever any reason.

So I am very happy holding this stock regardless of its share price movement.
