Funny about the field decline though...I have even read reports of a suspected "undiscoverd" supply reservior, which is at spill point and just keeps topping Bula up.

As for my comments on Oseil...I too don't see it as a company maker, but simply as a replacement income for Bula, so that LIO can pay the bills while they get their house in order.

They may give the cash back to shareholders as you say...but then again, are just as likely to fix their capital mess, and farm into some interesting prospects.

Time will tell!

And by the way, Stock_Doctor, I don't really can't see LIO doing an NDO.
