From what I can see, Bula isnt declining as much as it should ... it almost appears to have reached a 'steady state' of about 500 bopd from about 30 wells.

Selling it is, of course, a matter of price - hell, if you arent prepared to sell the chairmans desk on a good enough offer, you shouldnt be in the business (*)

But I dont see 2.5% of Oseil as being enough of an asset to support Lion by itself.
