It kind of makes you picture the movie Independence Day where the alien ships get defeated, and all of a sudden the sky brightens up and everything is sunny again.
Is that's what's happen in Ivory Coast? A dark pall has been lifted from the sky and the citizens can now see the sun again?
I doubt it..... Seems as though there must be something else going on.
