The Company has entered into conditional option agreements to acquire Aspire Minerals Pty Ltd, under the terms of the agreements Apollo can earn up to a 90% interest in a 3,000 square kilometre gold exploration portfolio in Cote Ivoire.
Acreage covers three high quality projects: Seguela, Tengrela West and Korhogo.
