it is a risk if chm wins or not but that is a risk that you could take a punt on and maybe win or loose but imo the real risk here is what chm holders will actually get even if they win. most of the win will go to the litigation funder, another big chunk will go to those that have provided money to chm along the way (including the last lot of lawyers) and then whatever is left must be split among a 'trillion' shares on issue (remembering that if chm did win all the options would come into play as shares as well). someone did a calc in an earlier thread and came up with a large amount per share but in reality it will be much much less. so i'm all for taking a punt on court case outcomes (lets face it, courts can decide anything) but you are crazy to put your money with people who won't tell you what the arrangements are if they do actually win.
