Moremoney2 You just wanted to make me read all the "known" facts again,which I did. The key words in what I said are FACTS REVEALED, ASKED FOR DEFFERAL, SIGNED DOCUMENT BY DIRECTOR FOR MMX,

All The KNOWN facts can be found on the "announcements" heading on the CHM home page. The DEFERRAL is significant because from the start MMX was crying out for the case to be heard post haste.Something alarming must have come to light at that hearing because MMX continually claimed they had no case to answer whatsoever.(and still do).So what evidence was it that caused MMX to agree to a postponement if there's no case to answer?.
The signed document by Phillip Grimaldi on behalf of MMX is probably the most compelling for CHH. MMX part paid Koh and Evans. WHY?. They didn't have to pay them anything unless ALL conditions were fulfilled,and if all conditions were fulfilled Koh and Evans are entitled to %5 of Jack Hills.
