it would appear that one of mmx's biggest problems would be that they are running their case solely on the evidence of grimaldi and barnes.
with developments over the last few weeks grimaldi's credibility has a great question mark hanging over it.
in fact, come hearing time he may have to give his evidence by video link from cranswick's favourite holiday house!!!
