The estimate in the article was done on or before Tues 10/1 before people even realise that Brisbane CBD would be flooded.
Do you really think it'll just be claims on damages to private homes? What about loss to busineses (we're talking about the entitre CBD)? not to mention farm and crop insurance, it's a mess!
