I think this is a good article and sums up what I have been thinking as well. The only negative I see associated with JHC at the moment is that their method for calculating the room rate charged is based on the average house price in the area. With the fall in house prices one would expect a fall in revenue. This can affect JHC twice-fold as it will also drop the value of their real estate aswell. Having said that at 30% below replacement cost, we can afford a further 30% house price drop nationwide before it becomes and issue.
