Well they are worth an entitlement to buy a CCU share at 8.9% discount to the on market price :)
About 800k have traded so far while 94m exist. Around another 300k for sale on Comsec at prices up to 6cents! So about 1% of entitlements for sale by SH who have chosen not to participate.
The offer document says Eligible shareholders will be invited to apply for over-subscriptions for shares in addition to their entitlement.
The numbers above don't seem to indicate there will be much left to oversubscribe if 98% look like they will take their entitlement?
