    I'm a bit confused by your post.

    Some people are speculating that DIO may be in position to takeover Frogsleg or LMA.

    However, you seem to be suggesting DIO is the target with this line 'I hope it is good news for DIO and not a cheap T/O.'

    Could you elaborate what you mean. What is CIBC's role in this. I'm not familiar with the org but imagine it's a Canadian Bank.
