You are spot on.
They talk investment returns and we are only concerned with our returns ie dividends plus capital growth.
I think that is where they talk to their shareholders like we are fools.
A buy back at around 15% to 20% discount to NTA adds values to shareholders but reduces the management fee.
This is the issue.
They should try driving absolute value for shareholders. If they are successful they may end up managing more money.
This is my only complaint about this stock.
