    I got my start in Perth/SydneyStocko--Coles 80's P I couldn't afford a property in Sydney---so I went over to Perth---over a period of two years---bought two their-flogged them off at the top of the property boom in 1989-waited for a bit of a retreat--then bought into Sydney--so Perth for me gave me my start in property.
