Stocko to stop a property booom they'll need more than a 2 percent rise--in the eighties I was paying at one stage 21.5% interest on an investment property---that still didn't stop it.
Coles is a cyclical---yes and it is affected by interest rates--actually it strengthens the dollar and makes imports cheaper--then Coles flog it off for more anyway.
So--I still have 12 month 8.50 view of Coles--regrdless of interest rates.
