Agreed phillipk, but if ever one is to succeeed, obviously the free-carried farm-in agreements with Heathgate/Quasar existing mine/miners, can make it all happen for the likes of GIR and AGS.
Wouldn't have big money invested on these otherwise.
And both do have very strong fall-back positions in other ventures as well.
