    FURTHER work is needed to make Canada more competitive on a global scale, Toronto Stock Exchange interim co-CEO Rik Parkhill told delegates at the Prospectors and Developer’s Association of Canada annual convention today, even as he borrowed an insult from the US presidential primary campaign to accuse London’s rival AIM market of being “all hat and no cattle”.
