Yes, but one thing ill mention is the market depth is limited as you can't see individual orders and the depth only goes so far down the stack.

Is cost $6 under a trade of $10,000? Or how does brokerage work?
$6 minimum per trade or .0008% which ever is greater.
eg. 10,000 = $8, 100,000 = $80
Do they have t+3 etc?
T+3 clearance.
Do funds clear instantly so you can trade?
Only for two trades to equal value and then funds won't be tradable until first order clears.
This is an issue as they don't allow margin accounts in Australia but I believe they are working on this. (stated over phone over yesterday)
Can you use your own bank account or do you have to set up a new one through them?
You open a cash account with them. One free wire transfer out per month.
Any issues or easy to use?
I haven't used their web browser, TWS is excellent though, very powerful platform.
Depending on how tech savvy you are and understanding of the market it could be a little overwhelming with the amount of options there are.
How do they treat matters on the phone?
Most are foreign, I've found them to be polite and willing to help but sometimes lacking knowledge.
I haven't had any experience with API's etc.
