Kosenar, I am still undecided. On the face of it, it looks like a deal, but I've been suckered many times over by the SPP/SPO from NSP, that ends up being expensive very soon after. Interestingly, the directors have not converted their loans, but are still happy to take their 12% or 15% interest. I'd probably prefer that myself.
