Dont think Weebit would be giving them shares for free, But would issue new shares for X $$$ on shareholders vote.
If 4DS can snag Western Digital. Think WBT will do even better, considering milestones, and time its taken to get to were we are.
Just the fact that old fabs can be utilised must appeal to some. Here is a list not sure what does what.
