I love your optimism regarding the consolidation and potential partnership, but in my opinion we are kidding ourselves if we think that once this consolidation has taken place it provides a better opportunity for growth/investment.
This consolidation most likely allows for further share price falls and allows the company to conduct a future CR.
Happy to be wrong, and holding a small parcel as a high risk investment.
