OK out on a limb here to demonstrate how little I know so the way I see things:
4DS is about data retention
WBT is about manipulating the data to serve application spinning off IOT, 5G and machine learning.
I'm patiently waiting for news from Leti as they are the people who are going to develop the architecture so the chip can service the application thrown at it, hopefully for ReRam initially, can't see a big partnership till we here from them.
Slow business though as Coby points out, still doesn't ease the anxiety around the SP lately
