I have given my reason for believing that this is the case plenty of times.
10 years at 25 degrees is not good enough for mobile phones etc where longer term storage is required at higher temperature.
That is why they have dropped all talk about mobile phones, etc and now focus on the embedded memory market, neural networks and such.
The change in management's focus has been stark since the megabit array was completed upon which the first meaningful data retention and endurance tests could have been done.
This is my firm opinion until I hear otherwise.
I wonder what answer you'd get if you asked Coby straight out whether or not our data retention was good enough for mobile phone companies to use as a viable alternative to flash and if not are we likely to see much improvement on this front?
