My point is if WBT is on the verge of a partnership with a major player why are seed investors selling? Sell here to invest in another startup/ tax commitments/ hospital bills all sounds like bullshut to me. They stuffed up when they did raise after raise at stupidly low prices and gave shifty brokers shutloads of shares. Then consolidate so they could dilute shareholders more and more through more raises.
Good management would have raised at a much higher price??
