    I think you have a good point Gareth. Unfortunately that is exactly what the Chinese (and Vietnamese) do. I have been an IDL fan for some time but have recently sold out due to poor share price movement and a concern as to whether the Chinese investment can really succeed. For better or worse have transferred investment to Ausenco
