Just looking at the latest top20 for Arc...
Palmer has stopped selling, JP Morgan have increased their holding by about 4 million shares to over 18 million making them the largest holder.
A very low point for Arc and its shareprice. Its obviously got some support at these levels, but if they can't get some drill bit succuss to drive the shareprice, they will be gobbled sooner than later i'd say.
Just look at how robust their cashflow and earnings are and with their exploration and appraisal potential, who wouldn't want them for $1.13??
